Night Care Assistant
As a Night Care Assistant, you will provide compassionate care and support to residents throughout the night, including personal care, medication and refreshments. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, with opportunities for additional shifts, qualifications and career progression.

Role Summary:
As a Night Care Assistant, you will provide compassionate care and support to residents throughout the night, including personal care, medication and refreshments. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, with opportunities for additional shifts, qualifications and career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist the Senior Night Care assistant in providing care to residents during the night.
- Provide personal care to residents and per their care plan.
- Provide medications to residents as per the MAR chart
- The provision of refreshments during the night and early morning.
Knowledge and Qualifications
- No previous experience is necessary as full training will be given
- You will be friendly, kind, honest, reassuring
- An effective communicator, equally comfortable to act on instructions
