We are delighted to announce the launch of Famileo, a heartwarming new initiative designed to help families stay closely connected with their loved ones living in our care home.
Famileo is completely free for families, with all costs covered by the care home. It offers a simple and meaningful way for residents to receive regular news and updates from the people who matter most to them.
How Famileo Works
Family members can subscribe to the Famileo app using a unique family code. Through the app, families can easily upload photos, messages, and personal updates.
These contributions are then thoughtfully compiled into a printed gazette, which is delivered directly to the resident every two weeks. It’s a wonderful way to share everyday moments, special memories, and loving messages in a format that residents can enjoy again and again.
The app is designed to be easy to use and accessible for all ages, meaning grandchildren, siblings, and friends can all take part in sharing updates and staying connected.
Famileo Training Sessions
To support families, we will be organising Famileo training sessions from September. Our team will be on hand to guide you through the process and offer support every step of the way.
